Experience

In 2007 to 2008 I worked at SARS as a customer services Consultant ,in handling small business amnesty unit quiries.

In 2012 to 2013 I worked at Finrite as cusmoter service consultant handling inbound and out bound calls for Cell C cell phone insurance .

In 2014 to 2021 I worked at SABC as a customer service consultant ,handling inbound and out outbound calls for TV licences and Capturing clients information to the system.

In 2022 to date I'm working at First Quantum Minerals -as the receptionist (1 day or 2 days in a week) in directing calls to the right clients and office administration.

Education

I completed my matric in 2006 at George Khosa Secondary School.in 2019 I did a course of being a beautician/beauty Therapist at Bold and Beautiful where I obtained my certificate.
