Helping clients making changes for them on their websites.  Using Adobe Illustrator to create my own designs E.g., headers, footers, inner headers, icons, banners, redrawing of clients’ logos, business cards etc. Invoices, quotes done by Wave Accounting online. The programs I used was self-taught.
