BUSINESS & SALES CONSULTANT - Skin Care & Aesthetics

Gauteng (Primary) & North-West Province (Secondary):

REPORT TO:
National Sales Manager


HOURS & SHIFTS:


  • Monday to Friday 08:30 16:30
  • Closed all major public holidays

COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:


  • R14,000 Basic Salary per month
  • Company Petrol Card to the value of R4,000 per month
  • Communications Allowance (Call & Data) + 10GB Dongle to the value of R2,000 per month
  • 3x Products of your choice each month
  • Monthly Commission & Incentives
  • 80% contribution to annual car service & wheel alignment (preapproved)
  • Performance Incentives & Gift Vouchers
  • Overnight Travel / Out of Province travel includes (Accommodation, Travel, Meal Allowance & Vehicle Rental)
  • Annual Target Bonus

  • Earning potential based on current stats (and your performance) R62,000 Gross

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric Certificate
  • Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
  • CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
  • Business Administration Qualification bonus

OVERVIEW OF THE JOB:


  • Primary function of this role is to retain and develop new business.
  • Minimal Office Work (JHB)
  • Minimal remote (sleep out travels)
- majority of work load is daily mobile traveling

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, and/or retail is preferred.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Expert knowledge on
    Advanced Skin Care and Aesthetic procedures
  • Active Business to Business Sales experience
  • Comfortable being on the road this role requires a lot of traveling and mobility

At least 2 years sales experience

  • Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required
  • Based in Johannesburg for ease of travel
  • Laptop with updated features
  • Confident command of English (speak & write)
  • You MUST look the part you represent the brand, the industry and your clients. Lead by example
  • Target driven with a hunger for results this is a competitive industry
  • Some flexibility not a clock watcher
  • Secure support structure for when you are traveling in the event that you have family responsibilities

DUTIES:


  • Maintain existing portfolio
  • Follow up on all leads received from H/O
  • Offer training and support where required
  • Cold calling
  • Scheduling visits in advance
  • Brand education
  • Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
  • Prospecting
  • Assist at Office when needed or not on the road traveling
