Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a Business Consultant, you will provide strategic advice to clients and assist them in improving their business operations and performance.

Responsibilities

Delivery of both annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the company ́s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development.
Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
Maintains, acquires and develops key relationships with real estate agents and their clients.
Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities.
Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
Assisting Introducing Partners from the point of enquiry to trade completion by facilitating registration, gathering KYC documentation and managing the client to the point of "trade readiness"

Requirements

Matric
Regulatory exams (RE) and FAIS compliancy
A relevant business/legal qualification is beneficial
Sales experience in the property industry is advantageous
Entrepreneurial experience is advantageous
Knowledge of business processes, systems, and strategies
Experience in project management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
