Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business units and functional teams to understand endtoend business processes, identifying key decision points with capacity constraints.
  • Evaluate decision points and assess the suitability of Merlynn TOM's Digital Twin capability, defining potential business cases.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand, design, and model decisions using the Merlynn TOM platform.
  • Train the Digital Twins using data analysis and manipulation techniques.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate Digital Twins into existing or new systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users on interacting with Digital Twins.
  • Provide training on using the Merlynn TOM platform, enabling users to create their own Digital Twins in a sandpit environment.
  • Support the daytoday operations of the Automation Team, establishing governance and support processes, monitoring performance, and tracking benefits and models' effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or process engineering, demonstrating strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to establish rapport.
  • Previous experience in shortterm insurance and contact center environments is advantageous.
  • Exposure to the financial services sector is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:


  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and proactively towards predefined goals and objectives.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and gather business and process requirements.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes rapidly.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Business Objects, and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation.
  • Preferable understanding of platforms/methodologies like Merlynn TOM, Atlassian toolset, Agile, and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic project management abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conflict management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Process improvement and optimization mindset.
  • Familiarity with automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of change management disciplines, including stakeholder management, communication, and business readiness.

  • Change leadership and emotional intelligence.
