The Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement a targeted business acquisition strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalise business agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development or business acquisition in the recruitment or related industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
