    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Newcastle.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical advice and guidance.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • At least two years of experience in a technical support role
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
