    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Newcastle.

    The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams.

    The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, as well as provide guidance and advice on product features and usage.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • At least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using computers and related software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
