    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Newcastle.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
