Description

Help shape the Netflix of learning in our company by developing and curating spectacular content.

We're looking for a learning content creator who can work with various authoring and development tools. You'll also be curating, organising, and maintaining learning on LMS and in MS Sharepoint/Viva Learning.

You'll love it if you're looking for an environment where you can work on a variety of projects and do so autonomously.

You'll be working under the guidance of our learning and development specialist and there's a lot of scope to grow into a senior learning designer role.

The team is independent but supportive and you'll do well if you value versatility and change above routine and strict boundaries.

The position is largely remote, however you'll need to occasionally brainstorm in our Parklands, Cape Town office. This is a full-time role with flexibility in work hours.
