Autobiography:
I have a B.Sc in Process engineering and a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL/MBA). I work for the biggest Power Utility in Africa with 47000 employees. With 17 years power station experience, I am able to digitize and analyse (provide reports, dashboards, graph in real time on business processes and behavior and provide stategy that would improve any business. My inherent ability to understand people process and plant linked to leadership, organization and individual, and the ability to mapp a process using software nd end user requirements, allows for an out of a box thinking.
I have been employed at Majuba Power Station from 2005. I won the:
• Eskom Woman of the year award 2022.
• Eskom Woman of the year award 2021.
• Eskom Generation Manager Award
• BU managers award,
• Accenture rising star semi finalist,
• BCX top 10 finalist
• Panache woman of wonder recipient
• World Superhero Hall of Fame award
I am currently working on the initiative for the office of the Generation Executive (GE).
I have been transferred by the executives in Eskom to the office of the Eskom Generation Executive to provide mre strategic support across the sites that will benefit the 60 million people of South Africa

Experience

In my own time I design, develop and DIGITISE Eskom processes, like the BSO and SORCERI app which have been used more than 39000 times across Eskom, which saves us money and improve the safety . It has enable us to digitize other controls (contractor staff management, Gate removal items, digital LAR, Overtime management) in Eskom.
I have also received a personalised letter of apprecition from the COO for my innovation initiatives for process design, development and digitisation in Eskom. With interactions and support from the GCE, COO, CIO, CFO, GE, CPO, A&F, I provide strategic improvement opportunity for Eskom using some of these innovations, especially if these innovations are implemented from a strategic executive office, the result to Eskom would be incredible, like the Coal project. I have received a letter of recomendation from the COO, allowing research to take place around the research and implementation of the coal management and aaccounting system.I have been referred by the Group chief executive to build a system to manage the customers that provide electricity to the South African electrical grid.
Other apps designed and developed:
• Giga App Use to manage the loss of production in an electrical utility across 16 sites
• BSO Behaviour safety observation. Employees record unsafe observations on the mobile app to improve the safety performance

• Sorceri APP (allows employees to register a defect, concern, suggestion, near misses in a workplace)
• DrIPP app Independent Power Producers Portal for managing the contractors that supply electricity to the grid for the country.

• eLAR (an electronic app to inform the operator of people entering a site (Limited access register)
• DEREX (Declaration of items on entry and exit of a site)
• Overtime management app (to manage the overtime that people are working before it becomes a contravention)

• Automated customized Birthday emails from the group executive to 13000 employees

• GEMBA App : used to capture poor housekeeping issues from the employees while walking around. The data was fed into visualisation software that provides graphs and tables for ease of use
• Access Control of employees to a site with customized QR codes
• EASI App Safety Induction App used to induct new employees before they enter the site
• Contractor management app: to manage the contractor employees that enter the workspace
• Skills transfer app: used to create a database for the company to rapidly capture learnings as they happen by the employee from the skilled person or contractor.
