I am a 30 year old lady from South Africa with a bachelors’ degree in law. I have extensive
experience in client services and in the financial industry. I am a natural problem solver which in
turn makes me an independent worker. I am a cautious person by nature, so mitigating risk is of
natural instinct to me. I am driven, hardworking and efficient.

I am a mom of one busy boy. I am a home maker. It fulfills my soul being present in my sons life while I am also able to build on my career.

I am an organized, committed and highly focused professional with
over 10 years’ experience in client services and 6 years relevant experience in financial services. My
expertise includes client services, administering unit trusts, stockbroking, estates and trusts. I also
have relevant experience in compliance in financial services. My core function was to ensure the
accurate delivery and in time processing of all client, financial advisors and executors instructions on
the Life and Investment platform. I was responsible for all the coastal offices of PSG which were over
400 advisors offices. The offices and all relevant stakeholders associated with the clients of those
offices would send instructions, on behalf of their clients, for the management of their respective
portfolios. The instructions would be received by Client services consultants and processed by a
client services administrator. I would then have to sign off the instruction before it is processed by
the relevant department often being settlements where payments are released.
