    Finance Admin Assistant - Pretoria, South Africa - Wasteplan

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a competent and experienced candidate to provide efficient and accurate financial and administrative support to ensure effective service delivery and to assist management in meeting and exceeding the monthly financial reporting requirements for the region.

    Responsibilities
    • Financial Administration:
      • Debtors, creditors, petty cash, profit sheets
      • Financial reporting
    • General Administration:
      • Schedule meetings
      • Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings, and ensure action points completed on time
      • Record keeping, etc
    • Assist Financial Manager as and when needed
    Requirements
    • Matric and minimum NQF 6 or higher financial qualification
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role
    • Relevant qualifications and experience, knowledge and skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
    • Valid Code 8 Drivers License and own reliable transport essential
    Employment will be implemented in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
