- Checking orders (pricing and style codes)
- Checking item performance
- Requesting and tracking development samples
- Creating styles swift new brief and handover to the relevant person
- Photograph samples
- Complete workbooks
- Labelling and packing samples
- Booking wise for sample drop offs and collections
- Requesting samples back from buyers
- Arrange/booking couriers
- Seal samples
- Briefing design team on CADs and tech packs
- Going through fits and PPS with design and QA
- Delivery instructions
- Packing lists
- Releasing orders on Fast track
- Ordering carton labels and price stickers
- Finalising orders for suppliers
- Check order packing details for the suppliers
- Performa invoices for suppliers
- Assist in issuing orders to suppliers
- Following up on Workbook comments from buyers
- Prepping fit/PPS reports for suppliers
- Prepping Fit/AQL reports for suppliers/buyers
- Assisting the design team
- Creating WeChat group chats
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric.
- Relevant qualification/certificate.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Admin clerk or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be good with numbers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be an out the box thinker, deadline driven with excellent time management skills.
- Willing to learn, selfmotivated, proactive & innovative.
