    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dynamic and organized National Field Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client's team in the FMCG industry. As the National Field Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales activities across multiple regions. This is a key role that requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support the sales team in implementing the national sales strategy
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans and targets
    • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective sales execution
    • Manage and update sales-related documentation and databases
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and systems
    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales coordination or support role within the FMCG industry
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with CRM software is a plus
