Role Purpose:

Take control of the planning process and deliverables for Core Group Africa including and not limited to: stock management, sales forecasting, order planning and management of planning and supply chain stakeholders.

This role will focus on customer service and handling customer engagement across all levels.

Requirements:

Completed Matric.
Completed degree would be beneficial
2 years' experience within order management and customer service environment
Experience within retail industry and consumer electronics is essential.
Must be able to demonstrate planning ahead ability and experience with SADC countries is essential.

Responsibilities:

Produce quarterly sales forecasts for all lines of business and partners.
Optimise planning initiatives with the objective that sales are maximised with the minimum stockholding.
Identify category growth strategies and build forecasts around this thinking for customers and partners.
Plan product execution for product launches.
Accurate forecast of sell-out & sell in potential.
Plan & actively manage model stock for replenishment lines as well as optimums for new product.
Ensure successful claims from suppliers
Daily accurate allocations and on time submission to Warehouse
Listing of new products and maintaining Pricing, SKU codes, descriptions etc.
Management of ordering from external suppliers
Manage stock allocation and requests, pricing queries received from Stores, Visual
Manage overall customer queries across multiple countries within Southern African.
