  • Support the implementation of the TSA Business Roadmap and other Lubricants Strategies
  • Lubricant sales:
  • Key Account Sales order monitoring: Place orders for identified Key Accounts (Toyota,Opel,Agric,COC and Resellers) or by


agreement, or assist with order placement from time to time on an adhoc basis- EDI and look up table maintenance table for products and customer monitoring and updating EDI orders.


  • CAPEX and

Asset Monitoring:
Create Purchase Requisitions on request, and Good Receipt Purchase Orders, monitor the

work flow of these requests in Ariba; Create Investment Orders prepare the request to Liquidate assets onto the Balance

  • Sheet; Monitor open PR's, PO's and Investment Orders and close out as required
  • ELub Administration:
creation of new users and provide support to users (include onsite support and training), log tickets with

the Paris team where required.
Manage queries around elub.
Delisting and listing of new material codes on elub- New Distributor portal :Assist with customer queries and order on the portal

  • Maintenance orders: creation of maintenance orders from time to time
  • Logistics/Lubricants invoices: creation of PR's for the Logistics warehouses (transport and warehousing costs), Opex and
Royalties (Eneos) on a monthly/quarterly basis until the payment stage
