A prominent media group located in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor to join their prominent media group. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. If you are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for media, then this job could be perfect for you

    Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
    • Understand clients' needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to maximise their experience with our media offerings
    • Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution.
    • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking
    • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services

    Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor job in Cape Town, South Africa:

    • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
    • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
    • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
    • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools
    • A passion for media, advertising, and staying updated on industry trends
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
