    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and securing qualified candidates for various technical roles. As a Technical Recruiter, you will engage both online and offline with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand, expedite our time-to-placement, and ensure we attract top-notch professionals.

    Your primary focus will be to build a robust tech talent pipeline, contributing to the recruitment and retention of skilled employees for our IT positions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (2-3 years)
    • Hands-on experience with diverse interview formats.
    • Technical expertise to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
    • Familiarity with resume databases.
    • Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and portal searches.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites
    • Responsibilities:
    • Write and post technical job descriptions.
    • Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment
    • Utilize specialized skills to screen IT resumes.
    • Draft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
    • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities.
    • Analyze information and responses obtained during interviews.
    • Verify applicant information, skills, and qualifications.
    • Coordinate and manage interviews by aligning diary schedules.
    • Manage and organize feedback on interviews.
    • Negotiate job offers between applicants and clients.
    • Conclude the recruitment process.
    • Promote the company's reputation as an excellent workplace.
    • Stay updated on new technological trends and products.
