Description
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Professionally qualified and experienced specialists and midmanagement
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend HR cycle for the graduate in collaboration with the HR team including but not limited to the work experience programme
- Regular reporting on all graduate initiatives including monthly reports to various stakeholders and committees
- Build the firm's brand by becoming the trusted partner at various academic institutions
- Monitor the ROI from academic institutions
- Manage selected development programmes e.g. graduate mentorship programme and vocational programme contained within the portfolio
