Leadership has formed the foundation and stability on how I practice as a Clinical Associate. 

My background in Research, VMMVC, General Practice and Quality Assurance has taken me to diverse professional spaces which have allowed me to refine specific skills within health care. 

These spaces have not only broadened my perspective but have allowed me to contribute fully in order to achieve and exceed desired results for myself and the organizations /communities I serve.

In my current position I have the privilege of providing primary health care services in Pretoria and performing Quality Assurance services for Private General Practitioners. 

My involvement within the GP space aids me to contribute fully into the provision of quality and comprehensive health care services. 

I love the way I work and I love the work that I do.

I have learnt a lot from the people and experiences thus I believe it’s time to further implement, share and grow the skills that I’ve acquired.

Experience

I started off in medical research then ventured into the circumcision space. There I was a site manager responsible for 7 employees in different provinces. I have a history of managing Private doctors rooms and currently Im assessing if each Doctors room is meeting national standards to provide comprehensive and quality healthcare. 

Education

Bachelor of Clinical Medical Practice is a clinical and medical degree that trains you to be able to consult, diagnose and treat patients, also perform relevant investigations and procedures in hospitals, clinics as well as Doctors rooms
