Manage approximately 200 staff members. Coordinating activities on site according to company policies and procedures. Conducting daily inspections in various units on site. Conducting  audits on site. Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to. Reporting IOD cases and the admin thereof. Ensuring stock and chemicals are ordered. Ensuring equipment maintenance are done. Managing the administration of the office. MS Office competent. Public speaking skills. Creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations. Client liaison. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership skills. Motivating staff and empowering staff  Training staff based on new policies and procedures. Refresher training. HR duties and disciplining staff.
