I have experience in customer care taking inbound calls and assisting customers with any concerns they call in with. I have experience in dept collections. I have been collecting past due payments for customers for an international bank. 

I have also been involved in back office projects doing data capturing and admin.

I have a BA degree in psychology from the University of Johannesburg and I have a Honours degree in psychology from the University of South African.
