I have +10 years in the customer support consultant industry. I started my career in the banking industry as a sales consultant as a contract employee. I pursued my career later on in the customer support consultant till my last employment

I completed my matric in 2003. In 2004 I attended a college to pursue a computer course of which  i completed in 2004. Throughout my career I have attended short courses towards improving myself in the industry.
