I am a white male 48 years well-groomed, and in good health. I have 22 years of expression as a  professional Butler/ House Manager and experience maintaining the front and back of the house. I have good management and business skills and communicate in Afrikaans and English, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the program “ hotelier and POS.” 

I take pride as a professional Butler/ House manager and understand the service required going with the job title and pay attention to the needs of the guests/employer. I am very dedicated to my work and have an eye for detail. I understand the Job title comes with a big responsibility and pressure. 

I am self-told in flower arrangements and understand the need for flowers and placing. Over my year in service, I learned a lot about wine and food, and I have a tremendous in wine.

I consider myself an excellent cook with a basic understanding of food nutrition, the preparations and the presentation of food. I have the knowledge to do the functions and general menu planning.
