I have through the years gained experience in working as part of a team giving leadership and learnt interpersonal relationships are key through the right way of communicating with different types of personalities. My ability to think creatively, problem solving abilities and to be adaptable within my management framework has helped me to effectively manage projects and role-players within the project. These skills coupled with my educational background, experience gained through the years, technical knowledge as well as being involved in the overall management of the company, where I have had insight into the effect projects and their success can have on the company’s future, drives me to make every project a success.

My main objective is to add value to my employer’s organisation and assisting the organisation to grow and be successful by applying my skills, experience and knowledge obtained through my last 12 years as a project coordinator/ site foreman in the construction industry. Creating trust between the company and their clients by applying my skills and knowledge. I would also like to transfer my skills and knowledge to the team I am working with as well as learn new skills and obtain knowledge from them as to further my personal growth and broaden my knowledge base and skillset
