Teddy began his career with Seeff Properties (Springs) as a property consultant from 2011-
2012 his duties involved the selling of residential properties and assisting clients with home
finance applications and other related property services.
During the year 2013 he joined JHI Property Group (Gauteng) as an intern. He received
training in lease administration, operational management and the stock system management
nationally and out-side borders in the broking division for 2years. Some of his responsibilities
included liaising with external landlords and the marketing of internal and external stock. He
also had training for residential property valuations
During the year 2016 he joined Marsh Risk Consulting’s - Valuations Services Practice and
since joining the team has been an integral part of the team’s success. He is a dynamic
individual and adds valuable and insightful contributions to all situations. His hardworking nature
has seen him gain tremendous exposure in virtually industrial and commercial properties in just
a year since joining the company. His valuation experience is mainly local areas and covers the
following industries:
 Industrial properties - Mining operations, factories, warehouses, industrial parks
 Office properties - High rise office blocks, office parks
Teddy has worked on projects in Western Cape, Witbank, Middelburg, Johannesburg, Kwa-Zulu
Natal, Lipompo and North West. This projects Include Profmed, Ampath Group and South 32
Coal Mines, Anglo American Platinum, Coal and Gold Mines, South African Medical Research
Council, Kumba Iron Ore, AquariusMining Operations, Samancor Crome Mines, Forsko Mines
and Sibanye Mines.
During the year 2017 he joined the City of Johannesburg Municipality. He has done valuations
of different nature, ranging from commercial, Industrial, Residential, Agricultural, Park
Contributions, Specialised and other valuation of properties not mention above within the
jurisdiction of the City of Johannesburg and,
Operations as a technical expert on property valuation matters for the compilation and
maintenance of the City of Johannesburg Valuation Roll. Perform Valuations for the purpose of
Endowments, Acquisitions, alienation, Rental, Insurance and provide advisory services to the
client of the city of Johannesburg regarding assessment rates and valuation matters and
compliance with all responsibilities as delegated by the Municipal Valuer in terms of the MPRA,

In 2020 he Joined the City of Cape Town and provides professional support to the department
by executing valuations of Residential properties as well as Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural
and Institutional Properties, ensuring accurate and equitable valuations and compliance with the
appropriate laws. In 2023 he joined Ndlala Mass Valuations and do all types of valuations.
Teddy performs his duties commendably well and exhibits a high level of professionalism in all
