My name is Ethan Potzee and I am excited to be applying for the Customer Support Agent. Having four years’ experience in the customer service space, I am confident that I have the skills and experience needed to be a valuable addition to your team.

In my role as order success admin agent at Mr. D Food, I am responsible for providing support to customers, restaurants and drivers to ensure the integrity of the food delivery process is maintained. I also investigate incoming order queries to identify and minimize risk of financial loss.

I am proactive and have good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. My drive coupled with my enthusiasm, dedication and thirst for knowledge will enable me to not only learn tremendously in this role but to thrive in it as well.

On a personal note, I am 30 years old, I love the outdoors and meeting new people.
