I will bring hard work as well as great communication skills, coupled with eagerness to acquire new and extensive knowledge to help myself and the organization grow from strength to strength.

Experience

I have extensive experience in the customer service industry. I have great leadership and management skills too. Having started an a young in the industry I have learnt the art of communication and conflict resolution. My +- 20years in customer service having worked for big corporations such as SAA, Vodacom, MTN to just mention a few has granted me many opportunities to learn and grow. 

Education

I am an undergraduate. I am still bettering myself by continuing to study part time and currently doing online  lessons. Currently studying Marketing Management to increase my knowledge and stay relevant in today's ever growing opportunities.
