  • Assist staff/ line managers with training and development issues, participate in succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management
  • Created job descriptions and manage the recruitment and selection processes
  • Prepare relevant assessments for various positions in the organization. Undertake evaluations and performance management with staff, retaining high calibre employees and re-defining HR roles as we go along
  • Prepare letters for offers, employee transfers, new appointments and salary increases
  • Assist Senior Management in setting up and performing objective evaluation criterions for staff and Line Managers
  • Develop process performance parameters measurement method and ensure continuous process performance improvement and customer satisfaction, Through the performance management process, contribute to enhance employee's customer orientation, team concept, continuous improvement and accountability for results
  • Participated and contributed in the development and implementation of organizational initiatives for continuous performance improvement
  • Guided line managers in effective employee relations

Recruitment:

  • Specialised Recruitment Services - industry focused (Finance, Property, HR)
  • Focus on New Business Development
  • Compile Talent Management and Recruitment strategies, processes in-line with business goals
  • Recruitment and HR strategies for effective recruitment and selection process
  • Implement strategies, policies and procedures
  • Implementation of systems, tools and processes. Tracking systems (Adapt/ Pnet/ Career Junction/ Linkedin)
  • Recruitment of staff (Recruiters, Consultants and Administrators), in the business
  • Provide on-going guidance to the team

  • Project manage tasks required by clients(Bulk Assessments/ Bulk Graduate recruitment).
  • Sourcing potential candidates and creating pool of scarce skills
  • Interviewing of candidates and Meeting with clients, negotiation of rates

  • Manage interview process, ITC, Criminal and Qualification checks
