    Description
    Experience in a similar role is crucial for this position.
    Proficiency in master data, tenders, etc. and understanding of cross-border clearing and forwarding processes are necessary. A solid understanding of procurement coordination is vital.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with buyers and stores
    • Supplier onboarding and administration
    • Managing RFI, RFQ, and RFPs
    • Supporting buyers with pricing updates and removals
    • Assisting finance in procurement reporting through data retrievals
    • Supporting inventory in ensuring completion of GRN processes by the end of the day
    • Familiarity with an ERP system
