    Description

    Cool Ideas is looking for dynamic, energetic salesperson(s) to join our Fibre to the Business (FTTB) Team. We require agents in the Gauteng and Western Cape region.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience
    • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
    • Must be driven to achieve monthly sales targets

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Cold calling
    • Closing new deals.
    • Client management and client satisfaction
    • Attending to client/sales meetings, customer complaints and concerns.
    • Requesting quotes from Fibre Network Operators quoting clients correctly.
    • Following internal sales processes to effectively service potential clients
    • Assisting service delivery.
    • Sales reporting and administration
    • Educating the clients on our products, support, and offerings.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent client service
    • Account management.
