Evergreen Lifestyle is looking for a motivated estate agent with a passion for people and sales, to join South Africa's leading retirement brand.

Evergreen's award-winning retirement villages can be found in some of the most beautiful parts of the country. We are looking for an agent to represent our Western Cape / Gauteng village(s).


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow up on seller and buyer leads
• Arrange viewings and appointments potential buyers
• Facilitate the sales process from inception to closure
• Advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
• Complete and present purchase/lease offers along with all relevant documentation
• Review purchase/lease contracts to ensure terms are met
• Complete all necessary duties as deemed essential
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge
• You will constantly enhance your industry and market expertise to establish yourself as a successful real estate agent

Requirements:

• Education (NQF 4: Real Estate)
• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
• Previous track record of sales
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Clear criminal record
