    • Spotting query trends and offering valuable insights.
    • Assisting in daily participant communication via SMS and email.
    • Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate reward records.
    • Verifying client websites for precision and consistency.


    Requirements

    Qualifications needed for this Polish speaking Customer Care Specialist position in Cape Town, South Africa (Remote):

    • Must be fluent in both Polish and English.
    • Must be a stay-at-home mom or housewife (part of our client's organizational culture).
    • Prior experience in customer care service will be beneficial.
