    Job Opportunity:
    Experienced Call Centre Agent French Support Specialist



    Introduction:


    We are actively recruiting experienced call centre agents to join our dynamic team, providing customer service for retail software and equipment in a first-line tech support capacity.

    This role specifically caters to English and French-speaking customers in the US and Europe. As part of our growing team, you will be based in Cape Town


    Working Hours & Start Date:


    • Opening hours: ± 14:00 pm– 05:00 am (Monday to Sunday).
    • Training duration: 2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting.

    Responsibilities:

    As a valued member of our elite support squad, you will:

    • Provide excellent customer experience through technical support.
    • Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
    • Follow escalation procedures as required.
    • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance customer experiences.
    • Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

    Requirements:

    We are looking for an English + French Support Specialist with:

    • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English & French (written and verbal).
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
    • Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues.

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Passion for technology.
    • Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
    • Retail or hospitality experience.
    • Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
