Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Desktop Support Technician at clients site.
The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting computer hardware issues, and supporting printers.
The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, installing and configuring desktop systems, and assisting users with technical issues.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware knowledge
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Printer Support experience
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field
- Experience in providing support in a business environment is a plus
- 45 Years experience in similar role
