    Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated National Sales Training Coordinator to join our team in Umhlanga. This is a full-time position based on-site. As a National Sales Training Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and deliver sales training programs, create training materials, and conduct engaging training sessions for sales teams nationwide. You will collaborate closely with sales managers to assess training requirements and design tailored training plans to boost the skills and performance of the sales team.

    Qualifications
    • Requirements:
    • Proven track record in sales training or a similar role
    • Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices
    • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities
    • Aptitude for evaluating training needs and implementing effective training initiatives
    • Proficient in utilizing training software and resources
    • Capability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team environment
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales (current). Background in the financial services sector will be advantageous
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
