Posts become part of your profile and help you to stand out from the crowd. Every time you publish a new article/story your connections will be automatically notified.


It seems like who we know is just as important as what we know, if not more important.  Connections are as important as skills. The right connections can help anybody take their businesses and/or careers to the next level in many different ways.


At the end of the day, we’re all brand builders. The best way to build a platform is helping people. The best way to build deeper business relationships is helping others. BeBee is helping you. That is the reason why I personally try to engage with all of our active bees. Giving without expecting anything in return is one of the most organic and fruitful actions we as humans can do for one another.


Stories are powerful and shape both those who tell them and those who are themselves shaped by the storytellers.


Communities are not homogeneous – there are differences and competing interests. We need to be willing to explore areas of contention and disagreement. We can create processes that promote a cooperative approach to differences rather than processes that encourage argument from entrenched positions.


Connections made through passions and common interests create more professional engagement and deeper and more successful business relationships.


Mistakes teach us to clarify what we really want. Mistakes teach us about ourselves and how to tell our truth. Mistakes teach us to engage in our lives — to live fully. Mistakes allow us to inspire others.

Since the birth of social media, users have tended to keep their business profiles and interactions separate from their personal ones. However, that division is more erroneous than helpful since, as people pour themselves into their careers, the personal and business often spill over into one another, and make for important connections. New social networks like beBee are tapping into this, offering users a way to connect on many levels — by their work activities as well as by their personal interests.


Many people assume that contribution to the society is the responsibility of those who are already well settled in life and have nothing else to do; because, even if the average person tried to contribute to the society, it wouldn’t make much difference. How wrong! It is the little drops of water that make the mighty ocean.


Rafael Nadal has always been a gladiator that inspires me. "Vamos!" has always been his battle cry and way of self-motivation to always get what seems to be impossible. Impossible is nothing. Vamossssssssssss!

Hi Gert, very nice praise of Javier. There are two ways in which a leader has impact. The first is the Google Way and the second is the Fearless Leader Way. In the Google Way, the culture the leader creates turns the name of his organization into an adjective, so today while Google is actually Alphabet as a company, the word Google has become a mainstay adjective - Google wanted to be known as organizing the world's information and when we individually search for information we say "Oh, just Google that". That is the highest praise a leader can have. In the Fearless Leader Way the culture becomes more like a Banana Republic or something that Kim Jong Il would expect, and with Donald Trump he is the classic example of a personal brand that wants to engage his work in a branded way - hence Seth Meyers takes a look at this branded way of doing things as Trump recently went to the ultimate level of actually seeking praise from his cabinet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlCFLG6rKKY - so it is that the word "personal brand" will continue to pick up more negative baggage and eventually it is not a cool word to associate with, so at least think Kim Jong or Donald Trump !!! So we need a BeBee Way and that way should culminate in beBee becoming an adjective. So one day saying "Develop your beBee" will mean that you have a strong personal and professional reputation or profile online . I can work more on my beBee and because I know what my beBee means I don't have to use extra words like personal or professional to describe it, for my beBee here already contains that ! So the ultimate praise for any leader is when their company becomes an adjective.

I agree Gert Scholtz, that's not just a great quote but true. I have been working on positive thinking. When a person has Anxiety disorder their mind tends to go right to all the 'what if's, or worst case scenarios. It takes a lot of practice and staying vigilant of these thoughts that seemed to come naturally over many years (even though they aren't natural) to replace with positive but it's possible and the more one practices it becomes easier. Rome wasn't built over night as my therapist reminded me and the our thought processes that we may have just accepted as 'who we are,' were also years in the making so it takes time to reprogram the brain. This why I love reading all the positivity, it's a great reinforcement for me, so Thank YOU and thanks to others like Javier who keep it real!!
