Liaising with the Chair to plan meetings. Maintaining effective records and administration Upholding legal requirements. Communication and correspondence. Sales Data Capturing. Filing reports. Typing invoices. Forwarding phone calls Responding to emails and handling customer inquiries. Occasionally, assisting in making a sale. Following up with clients to make sure the product and/or service sold has been delivered as promised NON-NEGOTIABLE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS « Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. « 2-4 years of Sales Secretarial exp. + 2 years Personal Assistant exp. to a Director + FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) depot / industry exp.
