    Description
    Minimum requirements:
    • (Employee compliment of people)
    • Capturing of leave forms on VIP and CS Time Capturing employee records on SAGE HR system
    • Employee photos
    • Opening and closing of new Employee or terminated employee files
    • Managing the CS Time attendance system hours, off days and PHH
    • Checking Doctors sick notes
    • Following up on Incident Reports for disciplinary purposes and liaising with the IR Officer
    • Filing
    • Export and processing of Performance Appraisals annually
    • Weekly & Monthly standard reporting
    • Liaising with Regional and Store Managers Managing staff rosters monthly (Off days vs days worked)
    Software programmes:
    • Premiere HR Sage VIP
    • CS Time Eco Time (attendance register)
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook
    Looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience within a HR or Payroll environment.
    Very deadline driven as salaries cannot be paid late.
    Attention to detail dealing with bank information, ID numbers etc.
    Staff turnover at retail level is high and thus the administration volumes are in some cases excessive.
