    Description

    We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our Joburg team. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, work under pressure, and be driven and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

    Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Drive turnover
    • Action customer feedback
    • Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes to optimize stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
    • Replenish stock and execute visual merchandising
    • Maintain daily operations
    • Attend activation launches or events; otherwise, oversee store operations when the store manager is absent
    • Ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures are followed and adhered to
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to uphold brand standards.
    • Keep all systems up-to-date, including , iSync, and JPI (per Daily Systems Update SOP)

    Required:

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
    • Cash handling management
    • Inventory Management
    • Leadership within the store
    • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
    • Google Suite and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
