Taki Mbulaheni

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my staff management and business development abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

 In my previous role, I contributed problem-solving, team-building, and performance management toward team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong leadership talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

I was head hunted by Hollard in mid-2014 to start their walk-in center launch in Limpopo. By the end of 2014, I had successfully launched the Polokwane branch which included Field Agents (Team of 10).

 In 2015 December, I had branches in Paledi, Bochum, Hazyview, Mokopane, Makhado, Moutse, Steelpoort, Burgersfort, Groblersdal and Musina, Kiosks and Boxer stores as well. Subsequent to that, in 2016, I was then promoted to Regional Manager for these branches managing field teams in every area which was extended to Johannesburg Westrand area (Krugersdorp, Randfontein, Carletonville, Roodepoort) in 2018. 

Each branch consisted of 5 Branch consultants, a Branch Leader/Manager and 10 Field Agents which were linked to each branch.

I’m originally from Louis Trichardt (Makhado) and I have worked in Elim, Thohoyandou, Musina, Louis Trichardt in the banking sector (Capitec Bank) for 4 years before joining Hollard branches in 2014 as a Branch Leader. I was promoted to an Assistant Branch Manager in 2013 at Capitec Bank.

I am currently working as a Relationship Manager (Hybrid Solutions) at Covision Group. In my role now, I also mange two funeral homes as well as Insurance Offices. My primary focus is to acquire new Brokers to partner with Covision Group on a Hybrid model. 

I believe that my career history portrays my dedicated to developing my career and the positive ability of working well with people. I am multi skilled and always ready to learn more. My success is also because of the incredible team I’ve had in my different roles I have occupied over the years.
