Minimum of 5 years Management experienceCoordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Review product quality and quantity, by doing daily stock counts and placing orders.
Organize and supervise shifts, leasing with guests throughout the day.
Manage restaurant's good image.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut costs.
Staff Shifting and S&W budgeting.
Must have own transport.
Must have contactable references.
Salary:
R12, R35,000.00 per month
