Job Offer:
beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Tembisa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least two years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Knowledge of computer hardware and software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
