Description
We are seeking a mid-level IT technician with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team.

This is a mid-level position with a managed services provider of IT services with opportunity to grow.


Requirements for this position:

  • Strong Windows troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO's.
  • HelpDesk experience.
  • Good timekeeping ability, with an understanding that IT is a critical aspect of business and is time sensitive.
  • Good understanding of network troubleshooting including WiFi, Routers, Port Forwarding, Firewalls and Security.
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to customers.
  • Good understanding of Office 365 management.
  • Good grammar and writing skills.


You will also need to have previously completed an A+, N+ and MCSA/MCSE or have sufficient technical experience in a similar role.

A valid driver's license is required, with _
reliable transport to work_.

After initial probation period, performance incentives to be discussed.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From R17,500.00 per month
