Requirements for this position:

Windows PC troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
HelpDesk experience.
Assist with obtaining pricing from suppliers.
Good timekeeping ability, with an understanding that IT is a critical aspect of business and is time sensitive.
Provide 1st line support to customers.
Good grammar and writing skills.
Strong computer troubleshooting experience.

You will also need to have previously completed a CompTIA A+ qualification.

A valid driver's license is required, with _
reliable transport to work_.

This is a contract of 6-Months, possible to extend.
