Overview:
This position calls for a proactive individual with a high level of energy, committed to ensuring that tasks are executed meticulously. The role involves significant logistical planning, extensive travel for document commissioning, and keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Promptly attend to and respond to email requests, providing acknowledgment and outlining the plan of action.
2. Record and update every request received in the SharePoint system.
3. Ensure affidavits are complete and verify the accuracy of every detail.
4. Prepare documents for dispatch, either for internal transport or for expert signatures.
5. Coordinate with external professionals to schedule and arrange signing sessions.
6. Travel to professionals' locations for document commissioning.
7. Maintain constant communication with the team during external tasks.
8. Assist in scanning signed affidavits and prepare them for invoicing.
9. Ensure timely dispatch of affidavits to the respective attorneys.
10. Regularly update the SharePoint system to track affidavit progress and movements.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A qualified Legal Practitioner who is not currently engaged in litigation or active practice.
- Dynamic and energetic disposition.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to contribute positively to the team by introducing beneficial ideas.
- Must be a team player.
