OFFICE MANAGER POSITION (FIXED TERM CONTRACT — 6 MONTHS)


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Office Manager will be supporting the RFP and the licensing process as well as provide superior administrative support to the Commissioner, including correspondence, coordination, communications, and problem resolution in an effective and efficient manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION - A bachelor's degree in administration or related qualification.

EXPERIENCE - 5 years relevant experience in running and managing the executive office. - A vast knowledge of Microsoft office is a primary requirement. - High level of integrity and maintaining confidentiality.

KEY DELIVERABLES - Organising RFP meetings and managing database.

- Logistical support for RFP meetings - Recording and securing documents from RFP meetings - Deal with correspondence and ensure confidentiality pertaining to RFP - Drafting high level presentations and reports for Commissioner.

- Supporting Commissioner and the RFP committee. - Coordination between NLC Board and DTIC regarding RFP matters. - Manage implementation of the RFP plan.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - Capacity to balance a diverse role, high level of multi-tasking. - Creative, highly innovative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. - Excellent partner management and collaboration. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
