    Description
    Closing date: 31 May 2024

    Development and review of the Standard Operating Procedures for all outsourced services as well as the internal operations;
    Review of the bus schedule as and when required,
    Optimize bus schedule to ensure optimal performance,
    Conduct weekly process audits;
    Review of performance standards;
    Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives;

    Compile and generate technical performance reports including:
    Generate;
    Trend analysis reports,
    Heat maps,
    Trips reports,
    Passenger reports,
    Fuel consumption,
    Kilometers reports,
    System Up/down time reports,
    System utilization reports,
    Customer complaints reports
    Incident and accidents reports,
    Routes performance reports;
    Bus rotation and utilization reports.
    3-years NQF level 6 post graduate in Quality and Process management
    Minimum of 3 years experience.
    Knowledge of Bus Transportation is a plus
