    Description

    Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Dispatch Clerk to join a reputable retail company. As a Dispatch Clerk, you will play a vital role in the efficient and accurate dispatch of products to customers. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely deliveries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process customer orders
    • Pick and pack products for delivery
    • Coordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize orders
    • Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
    • Manage inventory and stock levels
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities
    • Communicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveries
    • Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays
    • Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar role in the retail industry
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of inventory management principles
